In a move twords creating a live chat page on our website, I have created a Jabber host on AQMilitis.com. This host will enable AQM members to talk realtime in an instant messaging environment. Jabber is an open source IM client, so there are no lame bells ,whistles or nudges associated with it or its hosts, because jabber is open source the clients you use to connect to it are also open source. This enables the clients to do more. In fact, you can set up an Exodus client ( found here: http://exodus.jabberstudio.org/ ) and talk across networks to friends at msn or yahoo or even *ick* aol (if you have friends using AOL, see me after, we need to talk).

Welcome to new home of AQM. If you were previously an AQM member, you will find the forums "mostly" intact. They made the migration with a few hiccups. Some (read most) of the attatchments did not fare well, so some of the original pictures posted to the board may be gone. However, everyones username should be there to log in and rejoin the community. The main page has been installed with Joomla an open source website page/news manager. Unfortunately I can't share the members database of our new message board with Joomla, so if you want to use this site, you will have to create a seperate login. Detail below.

The site is officially moved to dreamhost, feel free to visit the new forums, keeping in mind they are a work in progress. Expect a new color palet both at the forums, and here on the new front page.
